Consultancy Engagement

 I work with restaurants and hospitality businesses across Australia and internationally. Engagements usually run for 6, 12, 24, or 48 weeks, depending on what your business needs and what we aim to achieve together.

 

Initial Engagement Fee

An upfront professional fee is payable upon confirmation of the consultancy. 

The engagement fee covers the assessment, insight, and strategic direction that form the foundation of my work. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, I identify problems and opportunities that may be difficult to see from within the business, then establish clear priorities for improvement. This work has value from the outset, so it is charged separately from the ongoing consultancy that supports implementation. We agree on the scope and fees for both stages in a proposal before work begins.

 

Ongoing Consultancy Fee

Once we agree on the plan, we charge ongoing consultancy separately. Depending on your needs, this may include menu development, team training, cost reviews, and continued culinary direction.
